Google Workspace Deployment Engineer (Google Workspace)

Location: Hybrid, two days per week in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga, Portugal. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Deploy and configure Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Editors, Sites, mobile access, Chat, and Meet.
• Conduct customer workshops for configuring core Google Workspace products and demonstrate Google Admin Console roles.
• Provide recommendations for secure administrative settings in Google Admin Console.
• Plan and execute data migrations from OneDrive, Exchange, and Box to Google Workspace using tools such as Google Workspace Migrate.
• Design technical architectures for administration, security, collaboration, identity management, networking, Chrome, endpoints, and mobile devices.
• Develop domain structures, user provisioning strategies, automation, and mail-routing configurations.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical consulting, including Google Workspace deployment and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with technical architecture supporting administration, security, and collaboration.
• Experience with data migration tools and migrations from OneDrive, Exchange, or Box.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Availability for hybrid work two days per week in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga, Portugal.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini for Workspace, AppSheet, or AppScript.
