Senior Functional Consultant (ServiceNow)

ServiceNow transformation consultancy supporting organisations with service delivery, employee experience and operational efficiency improvements.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Gather and document business requirements and map current- and future-state processes.
• Create user stories and functional specifications.
• Support ServiceNow solution design and delivery alongside architects, developers and project teams.
• Facilitate UAT, support adoption and build trusted client relationships.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Consultant or ServiceNow Consultant.
• ServiceNow experience across HRSD, CSM, ITSM or Employee Services.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation and backlog management.
• Experience planning and executing UAT.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Shared Services experience.
• HR Operations or Employee Services exposure.
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
