Project Manager Buildings & Construction

hirify.global develops aerospace products and services, with this role supporting construction projects and infrastructure-related engineering activities.

What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute national and international construction projects.
• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Monitor construction sites for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Manage project documentation and report to the Senior Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in structural design or construction management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Google tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of building codes, including Eurocodes.
• Fluent English and Romanian communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Good German communication skills at minimum B2 level.
