Global Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

Location: Remote/Home-Based, Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Support daily global Accounts Payable operations and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the outsourced BPO provider.
• Monitor AP workflows and resolve invoice processing, payment, supplier, accounting, Travel & Expense, and vendor issues.
• Investigate invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, duplicate payments, aging items, and backlog issues.
• Support service-level agreements, key performance indicators, reporting, and AP data analysis.
• Partner with Procurement Operations, Treasury, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders on Procure-to-Pay improvements.
• Support AP transformation, process standardization, training materials, documentation, and control improvements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• 5–8+ years of Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or shared services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with shared services or outsourced service delivery environments and global operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Coupa, plus knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with AP transformation, process improvement, e-invoicing, or AP automation tools.
• Experience supporting system implementation, testing, or enhancement projects.
