What you will do
- Lead the operational delivery of the retail procure-to-pay and accounts payable cycle.
- Oversee offshore processing operations, service levels, KPIs, procurement policy compliance and escalations.
- Support testing, defect management, process delivery and optimization for the new SAP ERP implementation.
- Lead the transition to electronic invoicing, including COUPA for non-trade procurement.
- Manage critical supplier relationships, complex disputes and weekly supplier payment runs with Group Treasury.
- Drive GR/IR stewardship, month-end AP close, reconciliations, accruals and external audit deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services or Global Business Services.
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing Payments, Treasury or P2P/O2C functions.
- Experience managing offshore or outsourced shared service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with finance technology programs, ideally SAP ERP implementations, change management and automation.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and financial reporting standards, with CPA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent practical qualification.
- Ability to drive governance, build high-performing teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
