Director - Product Management (PropTech)

Location: London, UK office; hybrid model with 3 days working from home per week

What you will do

• Define and lead international product strategy for EMEA markets, including country prioritization, market entry, roadmap sequencing, and investment recommendations.
• Own the EMEA roadmap for a property management platform covering accounting, finance, regulation, reporting, tax, payments, controls, and market-specific workflows.
• Translate customer, market, financial, regulatory, competitive, and usage insights into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead customer advisory forums, executive conversations, market discovery, and product validation across EMEA.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver market readiness.
• Represent the product externally and communicate strategy, trade-offs, risks, investment needs, and commercial impact to executives and strategic stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibility for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, vertical market software, or mission-critical customer platforms.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for complex operational, customer-facing, financial, or regulatory workflows.
• Experience with enterprise customers, senior external stakeholders, executive communications, business cases, roadmap reviews, and strategic decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, commercial, services, finance, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Strong understanding of international expansion, localization, regulatory complexity, market readiness, and adoption barriers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, finance, technology, engineering, or real estate discipline required.

Nice to have

• Experience in property management, real estate technology, PropTech, facilities management, investment management, lease administration, or related domains.
• Experience expanding products across European, Middle Eastern, or African markets.
• Exposure to accounting, billing, recoveries, service charges, financial reporting, compliance, controls, or audit workflows.
• MBA, advanced degree, or relevant product, real estate, finance, compliance, or technology certification.
