Salesforce Solution Architect (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture across Salesforce initiatives covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, customer portals, and fleet solutions.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and define architecture standards, patterns, guardrails, and target-state roadmaps.
• Drive integration architecture across Salesforce, AWS, ERP systems, customer identity, data platforms, and other digital products.
• Define data ownership, master data, information flows, and principles for secure and maintainable solutions.
• Support product teams with technical design, architecture decisions, governance reviews, and cross-team dependency management.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture forums while improving platform scalability, reuse, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Salesforce Architect, or Lead Salesforce Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture patterns, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Experience designing APIs, event-driven integrations, distributed solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, enterprise integration patterns, security, privacy, identity, and compliance.
• Experience working in agile product organisations and leading architecture across multiple teams and business domains.
• English is the language of written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, ERP integrations, customer identity, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience in automotive, retail, mobility, or direct-to-consumer digital businesses.
