Business Solution Architect (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end solution process from needs intake and requirements through use cases, documentation, testing, and outcome validation.
• Define initiative goals, deliverables, measurable targets, expected results, and supporting business cases.
• Design solution concepts, process flows, integration maps, and architectural diagrams aligned with the system landscape and long-term strategy.
• Evaluate ERP development opportunities and change requests across demand and supply planning, transportation management, and supplier collaboration systems.
• Contribute to ERP product development through backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and solution validation.
• Act as a project resource or workstream lead and support analytics, data management, and digital roadmap development.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree at B.Sc. level or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in system and process development.
• Experience working with supply chain in a global environment and hands-on experience with supply chain platforms.
• Strong ERP experience; IFS or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous.
• Experience with product ownership, agile delivery, backlog and roadmap management, solution blueprinting, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations or major enhancement programs.
• Experience with IFS or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
