Salary: $107,400–$158,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and ship production-ready software with mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews, version control, and engineering best practices.
• Learn and operate systems that support large-scale marketplace products.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to solve problems for consumers, merchants, and delivery partners.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen technical skills and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, graduating between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027.
• At least two software engineering internships or equivalent practical experience, with no more than two years of full-time professional experience.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented language, such as Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with databases, SQL, version control, clean code, and unit testing.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• Experience using and responsibly evaluating AI-powered development tools.
• Experience improving software efficiency, scalability, or stability.
• Interest in large-scale web applications, service-oriented architecture, API development, or systems design.
• Familiarity with monitoring, live deployments, continuous integration, or real-time technology problems.
