Fullstack Agent Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the development of agent fleets in LangChain to model complex business processes.
• Develop APIs and workflows integrating AI and LLM frameworks with internal business systems.
• Design, optimise, and query data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an agentic platform from concept through production.
• Participate in technical design reviews, planning, and code reviews.
• Contribute to infrastructure, observability, service quality, and production reliability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably including Python.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LangSmith or a comparable LLM/AI framework.
• Production experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrating external systems.
• Production experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, or S3; Helm charts and Kubernetes experience required.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database, plus exposure to NoSQL stores.
• Structured problem-solving and strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog.
• Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases at scale.
• Experience with distributed or event-driven architectures, including SNS or SQS, and interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or compliance.
