What you will do

• Execute internal audits across hirify.global’s global operations and support the external certification audit program.
• Co-lead annual internal audit planning by analyzing audit needs and aligning plans with POA, MOA, AS91XX, and other industry requirements.
• Track audit findings, verify corrective actions, and ensure improvements are embedded into standard business processes.
• Coordinate audit reporting and maintain performance dashboards covering audit results and compliance status.
• Improve audit methodologies, tools, processes, and the Company Management System across global sites.
• Document business processes in the Airbus Business Management System and hirify.global Company Management System, while supporting MMIP and handling quality enquiries in Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Experience as an AS91XX internal auditor.
• Knowledge of EASA 21, EASA 145, and EN91XX fundamentals.
• Technical understanding of the aviation industry, practical problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work from Singapore Area.
