What you will do
- Analyze operational systems, workflows, methods, and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop equipment layouts, workflow standards, and accident-prevention measures for safe and efficient facility utilization.
- Identify and implement best practices across operational areas.
- Build process foundations and maintain data integrity to support organization-wide improvement.
- Contribute to re-engineering and continuous-improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, solution development, implementation, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate facility moves, equipment installation and removal, and operational performance metrics reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, techniques, and standards in the relevant discipline.
- Ability to independently evaluate situations, develop solutions, and exercise judgment and discretion.
- Ability to collaborate with management, department members, and other organizational functions.
