Junior Bus Network Planner - Fixed-term

What you will do

• Plan and optimize hirify.global lines in collaboration with Business Development, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate network changes, line launches, and operational requests across relevant functions.
• Manage daily communication with business partners and support operational demand across the network.
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and planning recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze network performance and transportation demand using multiple datasets to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to support business growth, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Management, Geography, Spatial Planning, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and an organized, proactive, collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Strong communication skills and interest in transportation, schedules, and network planning.
• Fluent English required; the resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• First experience in network planning, transportation planning, mobility, analytics, consulting, or a similar field.
• Additional European languages.
