Test & Calibration Process Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Debrecen, Hungary; the role involves hands-on work with production systems and is primarily site-based, with home working depending on the job.

What you will do

• Develop and transfer automotive test and calibration processes for next-generation products.
• Analyze and improve test and calibration processes using statistical data.
• Support existing automotive products and resolve production problems.
• Work across production and development, combining desk-based analysis with hands-on work on production systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams on highly integrated sensor technology.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive tools, structured problem-solving, experiment design, and statistics.
• Hands-on mindset, algorithmic thinking, and basic programming skills.
• Fluent Hungarian and good English are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
