What you will do

• Own market intelligence covering data centre trends, development pipelines, operator capacity, competitors, contracts, and strategy across EMEA.
• Drive expansion strategy and provide market briefings to guide where and when Nscale grows and deploys.
• Track data centre capacity, inventory timelines, grid connections, power pricing, land availability, and delivery costs.
• Build relationships with capacity providers, landowners, developers, utilities, and other infrastructure partners.
• Match end-user requirements with the development and delivery pipeline while maintaining demand, cost, and pricing benchmarks.
• Build and lead the market intelligence team, collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders, and represent Nscale at industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data centre or infrastructure research, market strategy, development, or capacity sourcing.
• Established network across European data centre operators, developers, and capacity providers.
• Experience building a research or market intelligence capability and its underlying data and models from scratch.
• Strong commercial understanding of power, land, and capacity markets.
• Ability to collaborate across regions, time zones, Development, Delivery, and Strategy & Corporate Development.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment with autonomy and accountability.
