Senior Compliance Consultant

Location: Singapore; hybrid

What you will do

• Provide regulatory advice on policy drafting, internal and regulatory audits, training, MAS liaison, licensing, regulatory filings, and client queries.
• Manage a portfolio of clients as the main contact, ensuring timely responses and high-quality deliverables.
• Review colleagues’ work, maintain quality records, track time, update CRM and client files, and support accurate invoicing.
• Build client, service provider, trade association, and MAS relationships while growing the consulting pipeline.
• Prepare and present proposals, represent hirify.global at industry events and webinars, and contribute to marketing materials.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact, and support internal training and capability building.

Requirements

• Degree-educated with compliance experience from a fund management company, legal practice, consultancy, or MAS.
• Strong MAS regulatory knowledge in the funds sector and a deep understanding of fund management practices.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical solutions for clients.
• Client relationship management experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is preferred.
