Health, Safety and Pollution Control Coordinator

Location: Chino Roces Ave, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Salary: PHP 24,000–30,000 per month

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor occupational health and safety programs and HSE initiatives.
• Support environmental compliance activities, pollution control programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct or coordinate hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Support environmental monitoring, waste management, and emergency preparedness and response.
• Help ensure compliance with company requirements, regulatory obligations, OSHS, and DENR requirements.

Requirements

• College degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related science or engineering field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, pollution control, or laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of OSHS, environmental regulations, HIRA, incident investigation, root cause analysis, waste management, and pollution control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis tools.
• Proficient written and spoken English and Filipino are required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional license or Pollution Control Officer accreditation.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health training.
• First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response training.
• Experience with regulatory permits, environmental reports, waste management, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, or laboratory QA/QC.
