Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational

Location: Manila, One Ayala Tower 2, Philippines

What you will do

• Analyze tactical and operational developments across geopolitical, ideological, criminal, and regional security domains.
• Assess threats that may affect ING's people, assets, and operations worldwide.
• Translate complex intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and decision-making.
• Support operational planning, crisis preparedness, incident response, and on-call security response activities.
• Collaborate with PPSS, security, HR, communications, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of intelligence, threat assessment, risk analysis, and personal and physical safety programs.
• Understanding of security-related regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working effectively in complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken, is required.
