Packaging Engineering GSC Analyst

What you will do

• Manage compliance documentation activities for the Global Packaging Engineering team.
• Support regulatory reporting and data requirements related to PPWR, UK RAM, and other packaging regulations.
• Coordinate supplier outreach, collect compliance data and documentation, and follow up on incomplete submissions.
• Review, validate, organize, and maintain packaging compliance information for completeness and accuracy.
• Track and close packaging data gaps, cleanse and update records in PLM and related systems, and maintain progress reports.
• Collaborate with Packaging Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve documentation and data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, documentation management, or compliance-related work.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLM, SAP, packaging, regulatory compliance, or product data management is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting packaging compliance or regulatory data collection.
• Familiarity with PPWR, UK RAM, or similar packaging-related requirements.
• Experience with data cleansing, gap analysis, documentation tracking, and compliance status reporting.
