What you will do
- Own and support critical applications across the Wholesale Lending landscape.
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable Java-based solutions.
- Build and maintain secure, resilient, and high-performing applications.
- Drive engineering best practices, technical improvements, and team-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Contribute hands-on through coding, testing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
- Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, automated delivery pipelines, and secure application design.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence engineering decisions, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
