What you will do

• Execute regular customer calls across the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and engage potential new accounts.
• Monitor customer inventory, purchasing patterns, and market demand; negotiate orders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide current information on products, services, pricing, and relevant market changes.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare territory performance reports, and contribute to budgets, sales forecasts, and business plans.
• Gather competitor and market intelligence and organize promotional activities, roundtables, and patient awareness programs.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in biologics or specialty care is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, territory management, and customer engagement skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
