Production Technician (Twilight Shift)

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom; onsite cleanroom production

Salary: £27,000 base salary per annum plus £4,000 shift allowance per annum

What you will do

• Prepare, compound, manufacture, label, and inspect products according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Apply and maintain validated aseptic technique in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate, sanitise, sample, test, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, isolator supplies, and production-area organisation.
• Support environmental monitoring, compliance activities, and non-conformance management.
• Prioritise production tasks, meet schedules and turnaround times, and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: primarily 3:00pm–11:00pm, with 7:00am–3:00pm and 10:00am–6:00pm shifts during training and occasionally thereafter.
• Previous GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated-environment experience is desirable.
