Influencer Branded Content Lead

What you will do

• Identify and select influencers aligned with client audiences and campaign objectives.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with creators, talent agencies, internal teams, and clients.
• Oversee branded content creation and delivery, including brand guideline compliance and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to develop innovative content formats.
• Mentor and guide Associate-level team members while supporting broader media channel objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy.
• Experience with contract review, proposal development, negotiations, and influencer relationship management.
• Strong project implementation, presentation, communication, reporting, and detail-orientation skills.
• Experience using influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of advertising standards, client service, networking, and relationship management.
