What you will do

• Provide operational support and engineering solutions within a semiconductor manufacturing operation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality teams.
• Support new product introduction programmes and transform designs into robust manufacturing solutions.
• Contribute across development, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, and the installed product base.
• Investigate engineering issues through structured problem solving and data analysis.
• Support quality, safety, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 classification in an engineering discipline.
• Logical and creative approach to solving complex technological problems.
• Ability to collect, filter, and analyse data with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Passion for learning and professional development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or previous semiconductor industry study experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MATLAB.
