Junior Merchandise Planner (Fashion E-commerce)

What you will do

• Plan private-label assortments and budgets, including seasonal forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance and derive in-season actions such as reorders.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps across categories.
• Optimize merchandise planning tools and processes.
• Collaborate with Buying and Design teams to support the success of own brands.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in merchandise planning.
• Strong analytical mindset, understanding of sales KPIs, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, plus initial experience with SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Independent, hands-on problem solving and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Initial experience in fashion e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Power Query.
