Splunk Expert / Technical Lead France (F/H/X)

Location: Paris Area; hirify.global site in Élancourt, France. French nationality is mandatory, and the role requires or may require security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Splunk solutions across hirify.global environments.
• Manage and optimize Splunk instances, including data ingestion, indexing, and search performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts for security operations, compliance, and incident response.
• Perform Splunk-based forensic analysis and complex data retrieval.
• Mentor Splunk administrators and analysts and collaborate with IT and security teams.
• Define governance standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and track new Splunk capabilities.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Splunk Enterprise architecture, deployment, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of data onboarding, SPL, Splunk best practices, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• French nationality is mandatory, with eligibility for the required security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security or IT Service Intelligence.
• Relevant Splunk certifications, such as Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin.
• Degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent practical experience.
