Cyber Security Service Manager (M/F) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define service and product line descriptions, SLA and OLA contracts, and operational KPIs with business domains and the product manager.
• Monitor SLA fulfillment, manage mitigation actions, and coordinate corrective actions with operational teams.
• Manage SOC operational KPIs, service evolution, enhancements, and maintenance cost allocation.
• Ensure services meet agreed customer requirements and continue to meet or exceed expectations.
• Support SOC alert and security incident investigations, including incident response in crisis mode.
• Contribute to the industrialization of log management, EDR, SOAR, network analysis, host analysis, and detection capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in service management and project management.
• Knowledge and practical experience with security tooling and its usage.
• GIAC or comparable certifications, vendor product certifications, and ITIL Foundation or higher.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills, including experience working remotely in an international team.
• Fluent French and English required; French nationality and eligibility for security clearance are required.
