Cost Manager - Narvik / Norway

Location: Full-time onsite at the Kvandal campus in Narvik, Norway, for the duration of the project. Future projects may be located elsewhere in Norway, the Nordics, or Europe.

What you will do

• Lead cost management for hyperscale data centre construction projects from early development through project close-out.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, CAPEX models, cost plans, cost breakdown structures, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flow analyses, benchmarking exercises, and financial updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement through cost estimates, tender reviews, bid comparisons, package analysis, and value-for-money assessments.
• Manage payment applications, valuations, invoices, variations, change control, risks, opportunities, and budget movements.
• Oversee cost reconciliation, final reporting, account settlement support, lessons learned, and benchmarking data handover.

Requirements

• Extensive cost management experience in hyperscale construction, including at least 2 years in data centres.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering profitable projects and improving commercial performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across regions and disciplines.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Narvik, Norway.

• MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Additional European language skills.
