Employment Program Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead and supervise staff delivering Matching Grant and Refugee Social Services employment programs.
• Oversee client intake, assessment, job-readiness planning, case tracking, referrals, and service delivery.
• Develop job-readiness classes and community workshops covering workplace skills, financial literacy, networking, legal rights, technology, and other life skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, volunteers, interns, and partner agencies.
• Monitor program performance, case files, electronic data, documentation, budgets, and funder compliance.
• Support program sustainability through grant writing, program development, reporting, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• University degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience securing employment opportunities for clients in refugee resettlement, workforce development, or related social services.
• Experience supervising, supporting, training, and providing feedback to staff.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, judgment, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills required. Proficiency in a language spoken by client populations is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, access to a personal insured vehicle, and ability to travel regularly throughout the service area.
