What you will do

• Review employee electronic communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance, confidential-information misuse, and related risks.
• Identify, document, resolve, and report potential regulatory, compliance, conduct, and reputational issues.
• Create, test, and maintain e-communications surveillance systems and improve existing surveillance processes.
• Design compliance testing methods, gather data, analyze results, and document findings.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, Employee Relations, Global Cyber Defense & Intelligence, Engineering, and business management teams.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues globally to refine processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of professional experience.
• Mandarin language skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal English required, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, brokerage, law, accounting, financial-services advisory, regulation, compliance, audit, legal, or risk management.
• Knowledge of financial products, markets, and laws and regulations in Asia, or experience with sales and trading, product control, compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, or risk management functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and judgment skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Document review or e-discovery experience.
• Financial engineering, CFA, or FRM qualifications.
• Compliance, auditing, testing, legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement experience.
