hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead and complete fieldwork for regulatory compliance outsourcing engagements.
• Work with clients and financial services staff to meet engagement objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
• Assess client business activities, processes, controls, and associated risks.
• Coordinate fieldwork with directors and oversee assigned staff members.
• Prepare compliance reports, address compliance issues, and provide technical client support.
• Mentor and train staff while maintaining knowledge of regulatory compliance developments.

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may substitute.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, controls, processes, and regulatory compliance concepts.
• Experience leading fieldwork for compliance testing.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and complete assignments within required deadlines.
• Ability to travel.
