hirify.global is hiring for a corporate credit risk management role focused on China.

What you will do

• Analyse corporate names, prepare ratings, and manage the rating validation process.
• Manage group limit, client-level credit facility, and transaction approval processes with bankers and product partners.
• Assess business plans, credit facility structures, conditions, risk mitigation, and business suitability.
• Monitor approved transactions and credit lines, global exposure, utilization, and portfolio developments.
• Update ratings and limit classifications and support regulatory monitoring and data reporting.
• Contribute to a risk culture where risk is treated as everyone’s responsibility.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Approximately five years of experience in corporate credit or risk management, including credit risk analysis, business case evaluation, and approval processes.
• Good understanding of the Chinese market and business environment.
• Strong financial analysis, presentation, and quantitative risk measurement skills.
• English and Mandarin required.
• Sound Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Background in corporate and trade finance products.
• Spanish or another additional language.
