Xstore Tech Lead (Oracle Xstore)

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Xstore POS version upgrades, customizations, enhancements, and localization work.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations across ERP, CRM, OMS, EFTLink, customer, article, pricing, promotion, sales, and settlement systems.
• Contribute to full-cycle Oracle Xstore implementations and perform proof-of-concepts.
• Investigate critical production issues through root cause analysis and deliver corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams while reviewing code and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS.
• Experience with at least two Xstore version upgrade projects and four end-to-end Xstore implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with the Oracle Retail ecosystem and POS integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is beneficial.
