Weekend Dispatcher (HVAC)

Top HVAC contractor in NYC is looking for a weekend dispatcher. Remote job 💻 🎧 📱

We're looking for an experienced call-center agent/dispatcher to work 9am-9pm New York time on Saturdays and Sundays.

What we expect from you:
- Fluent English
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- At least 1 year recent experience in customer service, preferably US and Canada
- The highest level of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to learn fast

❗️Important: This position can not be combined with any other job on the same days.❗️
You must be completely focused on incoming calls and other lead sources (text, email, Yelp).

What you need to start:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- More or less up to date PC or laptop
- Cell phone
- Headset
- Reasonably quite working environment

What we offer:
- Thorough individual training. Paid if you successfully complete it and take the position
- $500 a month starting salary paid once a month via wire/swift transfer
- $5 per each completed appointment set by you. Active after 1 month probation period
