What you will do
- Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate FOMEMA, immigration, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for permits, passports, and employment documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor foreign worker quota utilization and provide manpower updates.
- Support onboarding, deployment, and repatriation processes while ensuring hostel and employment compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- 4–5 years of experience handling foreign worker matters.
- Experience managing immigration, permits, statutory requirements, and employment documentation.
