What you will do

• Ensure data consistency and governance across reporting assets, including metric definitions and semantic-layer logic.
• Create and document best practices for data visualization, KPI definition, and insight generation across EMEA reporting teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and presentation tools using Qlik and Power BI.
• Partner with IT and outsourced providers to support data pipelines, platform performance, and technical issue resolution.
• Contribute to AI-driven insight generation, automated commentary, advanced analytics, and semantic-layer initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Economics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Fluent English at C1 level and comfort using AI.
