Product Data Officer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Research, create, update, and maintain medical devices product reference data from internal and external sources.
• Identify equivalent and duplicate product records across multiple data sources to support consistency and integration.
• Classify, standardize, group, and validate products according to business rules, hierarchies, and operating procedures.
• Use artificial intelligence and digital tools to collect, structure, enrich, and analyze product information.
• Review AI-generated content and resolve inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, or exceptional data records.
• Support Governance and Business teams with data quality improvements, process documentation, automation opportunities, and reference data enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of medical devices products, classifications, terminology, and related data sources is highly valued.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.
• Ability to perform data research, analysis, standardization, validation, and quality control.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills, particularly French, German, or Italian.
