Data Analyst Intern

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled through the internship, and be eligible to sign a university internship agreement. Start date: October 2026. Internship duration: 5–12 months.

What you will do

• Design and maintain data analysis frameworks, models, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
• Develop data automation solutions and pipelines with SQL, Python, and AI-driven tools.
• Manage datasets and data structures to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness for advanced analytics.
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs, costs, and efficiency metrics across EMEA operations.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed data-driven solutions into operational and financial processes.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a university in Spain in data engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with the university and remain enrolled until the end of the internship.
• Foundation in data engineering, analytics, data modeling, and analytical methods.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R; familiarity with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Understanding of data pipelines and big data concepts, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
