Program Manager – After Sales Services (Reverse Logistics)

What you will do

• Own the European reverse logistics program covering customer return parcels and reverse shipping.
• Define standards, processes, and frameworks to improve the after-sales customer experience.
• Partner with procurement, country operations, and out-of-home delivery stakeholders.
• Coordinate the setup of new after-sales carriers and monitor operational performance.
• Track carrier metrics including on-time pickup, reverse-shipping lead times, and home-collection experience.

Requirements

• Experience managing programs involving logistics, reverse logistics, carriers, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to define operational standards, processes, and performance frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across procurement and country operations.
• Ability to manage carrier performance and support the launch of new 3PL providers.
• Role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
