What you will do

• Develop product and IP roadmaps aligned with end markets, business units, procurement teams, and customer needs.
• Build and manage an ecosystem of IP and technology partners to support roadmap execution.
• Drive strategic alignment, joint investment, and co-development initiatives with emerging and established partners.
• Lead cross-functional programs and executive engagement to resolve escalations and deliver solutions.
• Define ecosystem partner tiering by end market and oversee partner development and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate structured partner processes including RFIs, QBRs, and NDAs with procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, an MBA, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
• Experience in IC design, IP design, or other semiconductor disciplines, with an understanding of the IP ecosystem.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, partner-driven, or customer-driven programs, including executive-level escalations.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, stakeholder influence, communication, and partner management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work across diverse cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
