Senior Software QA Engineer (Functional/Embedded QA) (Warehouse Automation)

What you will do

• Define QA strategies for warehouse automation and logistics software in collaboration with US leadership.
• Partner with development and product teams to establish requirements and test coverage across the software lifecycle.
• Evaluate QA processes, tools, and frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in simulated environments.
• Coordinate offshore SQA teams, manage defect prioritization, and align testing with business objectives.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software QA or a related domain.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
