What you will do

• Support digital analytics, personalization, and customer experience initiatives across web and mobile channels.
• Monitor and validate Martech implementations while helping improve data quality.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation by preparing analyses and documenting insights.
• Assist with audience segmentation and personalization using customer data platforms.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and UX teams.

Requirements

• Curiosity about digital marketing, customer experience, data, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with data and willingness to learn analytics and Martech platforms.
• Passion for AI and interest in improving customer experiences and business outcomes with technology.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
