What you will do

• Supervise pastry department staff and organize, monitor, and improve work processes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, personal hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to achieve strong job performance.
• Support the Pastry Assembly Manager in running daily operations and meeting required standards.
• Work toward exceeding targets while continuously developing professional skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a productive team.
• Ability to work with employees from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
