Sr. Scientific Support Specialist

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Answer customer calls, document enquiries, identify issues, and provide solutions.
• Resolve product-related technical issues and complaints, close cases, or escalate them to the relevant modality for follow-up.
• Monitor the public mailbox, handle customer enquiries, and process quality-control activities.
• Support quotation activities, lead dispatching and tracing, and maintain SFDC data.
• Collect and publish regular dashboards and update technical support FAQs.
• Communicate with modalities to track and share product technical issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in biology or biochemistry; a molecular biology or cellular biology research background is preferred.
• At least 2 years of technical or hands-on experience in biomedical engineering, medical physics, bioprocess development, or life sciences.
• Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
• Clear thinking, strong communication, problem-solving ability, patience, responsibility, and professional dedication.
• Computer and office software proficiency.

Nice to have

• More than 2 years of experience in protein purification or cell culture.
• Experience using Cytiva products.
