Operations and Maintenance Technician Floater (CNG Fueling Stations)

Location: Woodbury, MN, with travel to other locations and 24-hour on-call availability

Salary: $32.00–$36.00 per hour, plus bonus for eligible positions

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning automated equipment, electrical systems, instruments, and components.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNG compressor equipment, pumps, valves, meters, rotating equipment, and related station systems.
• Inspect electrical systems and test wiring, equipment, fixtures, and circuit continuity using appropriate testing devices.
• Verify that station equipment and safety systems operate correctly, identify hazards, and report failures.
• Conduct daily station inspections, maintain housekeeping standards, coordinate vendor compliance, and document service activities.
• Respond to emergency and preventive maintenance calls, support customer accounts, arrange travel, and track expenses.

Requirements

• Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and travel to other locations.
• Knowledge of computers, schematics, Microsoft Office, and electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Availability for 24-hour on-call duty and at least 40 hours per week.
