Funding Processor

Location: Remote within the United States; working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm CST, Monday–Friday

hirify.global uses financial services and technology to simplify legal funding, medical coordination, and probate processes for plaintiffs, heirs, attorneys, and healthcare providers.

What you will do

• Review cases before funding and ensure all required procedures are followed.
• Review contracts and return cases for rework when necessary.
• Run identity checks, bankruptcy checks, and Military Lending Act reports.
• Schedule payments through Western Union, ACH, checks, wires, and Kyck Global.
• Support the legal funding sales team with accurate and timely case processing.

Requirements

• High school degree required; some college preferred.
• At least one year of office experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and work ethic.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Good PC skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Availability to work 9:00am–6:00pm CST, Monday–Friday.
