Business Analytics Analyst (Finance)

Location: On-site at the Financial Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered.

What you will do

• Perform business analytics and reporting using SAS for data sourcing and Power BI for data visualization.
• Develop centralized, automated, and scheduled reporting for key stakeholders.
• Deliver data-driven insights supporting revenue growth, expense reduction, organizational performance, and business opportunities.
• Support analytics projects and provide technical, business intelligence, and analytical guidance to colleagues.
• Improve data accuracy by identifying and helping resolve inconsistencies.
• Document data, analytical solutions, and technical processes while supporting risk management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience; 3–5 years of business analytics or corporate finance experience is preferred.
• Professional experience with SAS or SQL programming is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or a similar data visualization tool is required.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and project management skills.
