Pharmaceutical State Licensing Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Licensing)

Location: Remote; working hours are 8:00am–4:30pm ET

Annual salary: $60,000–$70,000

hirify.global provides pharmaceutical state licensing software and services for manufacturers, wholesale distributors, logistics companies, and pharmacies.

What you will do

• Provide client services and support the State Compliance department with daily licensing activities.
• Review client questionnaires and business model assessments.
• Consolidate applications and verify accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Manage client communications and help resolve deficiencies identified by state boards.
• Update internal databases to track application progress.
• Perform administrative work and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in drug supply chain, pharmacy regulatory affairs, or state licensing.
• Strong verbal, written, and language skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word skills.
• Excellent time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
