CNC Machinist (Automation)

What you will do

• Interpret mechanical fabrication drawings and provide feedback to the mechanical design team.
• Fabricate and assemble custom machinery using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble pneumatic and hydraulic systems and operate CNC lathes and mills.
• Wire electrical panels according to electrical schematics and safety standards.
• Support equipment testing, troubleshooting, machine building, and integration with the automation team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Intermediate ability to read part and assembly drawings.
• Experience operating CNC machines and familiarity with automation equipment and testing procedures.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on, beneath, and around machines while maintaining a steady pace.
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Nice to have

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working collaboratively and completing assigned tasks independently.
