What you will do

• Monitor production processes, process parameters, product quality, and yield performance during shifts.
• Detect abnormal process conditions and equipment alarms, escalate issues, and support containment actions.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations, quality issues, and equipment performance gaps.
• Participate in expansion projects and new machine installation.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, tools, and production equipment while following safety procedures.
• Record production data, process logs, and abnormal events accurately.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and machinery; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC systems, control systems, pneumatic systems, actuators, and sensors.
• Knowledge of equipment-operation safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, initiative, and independent working skills.
